We have one 3 bedroom property in the Rim Village subdivision, our Rim Vista townhouse.  Rim Village is a Town Home complex with lots of parking on the streets for tow rigs and trailers. Great views of La Sal and Moab Rim.  Just 5 miles from Moab town center of Highway 191, and is near trails. Restaurants and gas station 1.5 miles away.

The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from April through October. They may be closed because of wind, weather or maintenance. Rim Village has 2 pools, one hot tub and a tennis court, just a short walk from our Rim Vista property. We can’t guarantee availability as it is controlled by HOA management.
