Southgate Village is a quite community 4 miles from center of Moab. We have 2 properties that are next to each other; Oleander Place and Village Place. All properties are duplex town homes. Located near Arches National Park and close to all the town has to offer. The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from March through November. They may be closed because of wind, weather or maintenance. We can’t guarantee availability as it is controlled by HOA management.
