How can I access my reservation?
After you book (either direct on our site or one of our booking partners) to access your reservation details click here to enter our Arrow Guest App powered by Kigo Software. As shown in image below, select the Guest Tab and then enter your email address and reservation number.
Am I renting from the owners?
Yes, you are renting Direct from the property owners. Our places are also seen on partner sites like Airbnb or VRBO but they will charge you a fee for their service. Since we own the properties, there is no additional booking or service fee as Airbnb, VRBO/HomeAway etc. charges.
How much do I need to pay?
Once you select the rental and the dates you will get the deposit amount and total. If you select our Siesta Key, Florida rental 25% down is required to reserve and 30 days before your arrival, 75% remaining balance is due. (call us for longer stay arrangements) For a Moab, Utah rental 25% down is required to reserve and 30 days before your arrival, 75% remaining balance is due.
What happens when I book?
Once you book and your payment (deposit) is received you will get a confirmation email and text. Also a link that will request that you confirm your email address. Once your email is verified you will be asked to digitally sign the same agreement shown as you checked out. You will then have access to additional property details including address. 24 hours before your check in date you will get the key box code for the front door, parking and wifi codes etc.
How will I access my rental?
You will have access to the Arrow Guest App after you book. Within the Arrow Guest App you will receive your door lock access code a day before your check-in.
How can I rent it long term?
If you want long term, simply create a reservation for each month separately and pay 25% down. Then each month you can pay the remainder balance as your monthly rent. You will only be charged once for the refundable damage deposit.
What does the Arrow Guest App look like?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have access to the Arrow Guest App by text and email to view on multiple devices. The Guest App will include more information and additional photos of the property. The day of your check in the arrival details become available with your access code to the property.
